Michael C. Fisk serves as Vice-President at the Roadmaster Group, where he oversees recruiting, orientation, safety, driver management, risk management, and I.T.  Since joining the company in 2014, Michael has been instrumental in Driver growth and operational transformation.  During his tenure, Roadmaster Group has expanded from 120 to nearly 700 trucks, while Driver retention has improved from over 110% annual turnover to around 40%. These results reflect Michael’s strong focus on culture, consistency, and leadership at every level of the organization. 

Before joining Roadmaster Group, Michael built a successful career in angel investing, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. He founded and advised multiple startups across diverse industries. Michael attended Brigham Young University, and combines a forward-thinking approach with a results-driven mindset, shaped by both corporate and startup leadership experience.

Michael is passionate about company culture and leadership development, believing that empowered teams are the key to sustainable success. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, pickleball, poker, and philanthropic efforts focused on community development and youth leadership.
